The booking procedure set out below is a general guideline for the way bookings are normally done for tailor-made (custom made) itineraries and packages. It should give some clarity as to the steps involved in the process
1. Make a reservation - Request Form
If you wish to request a custom quotation and itinerary from us, Please complete the booking form and then send it to our Sales Team by clicking the "Contact us" button located on the left of company profile. Please provide as much detail as possible.
2. Reply to your request: Itinerary and Price
Within 24 hrs of receiving a request from you, our sales team will return a detailed itinerary and quoted price. Should the proposal not be exactly what you had in mind, please let us know what you would like changed and we will gladly send you a few more proposals until you are satisfied that the tour meets with your specific requirements.
Some additional information that may be of assistance:
- We do not require any credit card details when you complete the booking form
3. Booking of tour by client
If the quoted itinerary and price meets with your approval, you can send us a mail stating that you are interested in booking tour
4. Reservation confirmation and Payment for your booking
VietnamDailyTour™ will then make all of the necessary accommodation, flight and activity reservations. Once we have received confirmation of all we will forward a reservation confirmation to you. The reservation confirmation serves as written proof of the services you have purchased from our company.
Along with the reservation confirmation we will forward a credit card authorization form to you for the 30% deposit required (If this amount is less than US$ 100, a US$ 100 per person deposit will apply). The credit card authorization form is faxed to our office at 84-24.3747-8556 or a scan of authorization form is send it to our email (firstname.lastname@example.org ). We do not exchange any credit card information over the internet
Other payments can be made by using our payment methods and we accept payment by Visa, Master card, Amex or JCB credit cards.
The remaining balance of the tour cost (50 - 70%) is due upon arrival in Vietnam, payable at one of our two offices in Vietnam (Ha Noi office and Ho Chi Minh office). Cash is preferred to reduce any processing fees that may affect your cost
- We aim to keep cancellation charges as low as possible. For details please refer to our cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions.
5. Receiving your tour voucher
Once your payment/ deposit has been authorized by our bank, we will send you the tour voucher (see sample of tour voucher Page1, Page 2, ) via email issued by VietnamDailyTour™, which you can later show to our tour guide or for your accounting purpose
6. Arrival in Vietnam
Upon arrival in Vietnam you will be met at the airport by an VietnamDailyTour™ representative holding a sign containing your name. If for any reason you do not immediately see your representative, a cell phone number is provided on the reservation confirmation which can be used to contact them (This rarely happens, but sometimes the airport is exceptionally busy and the two parties do not see each other immediately). From here you are in the care of an experienced our tour guide (if you have booked a package tour)
